Yes. Every Rodx Captain is background-verified with mandatory Aadhaar KYC, valid driving license checks, and continuous rating reviews. All rides include sanitized helmets and 24/7 SOS telemetry.
How much does a bike ride cost?
Rodx Bike Taxi starts at a transparent base fare of ₹25 for the first 1.5 km, followed by ₹7 per km thereafter, inclusive of statutory 5% GST.
Can I carry luggage?
For bike taxis, you can comfortably carry a standard backpack or office laptop bag. For bulkier suitcases or multiple bags, please choose City Auto or Rodx Cab.
How do restaurant partner commissions work?
Restaurants can choose our Flat ₹999/month subscription (0% commission on food) or our 8% Standard Growth pay-as-you-grow tier with weekly direct payouts.
