Bike Taxi FAQs
Everything you need to know about quick pickups, safety helmets, and affordable fares.
How quickly can a bike taxi reach my location?
Because of our dense network of verified captains across major traffic hubs, our average pickup ETA is under 3 minutes in city areas.
Are helmets provided, and are they sanitized?
Yes, always. Every captain carries an ISI-certified passenger helmet along with disposable, single-use hair caps for hygiene on every trip.
How is the bike ride fare calculated?
Fares start at just ₹25 for the base distance followed by an economical per-km rate. The fare shown in your app before booking is guaranteed — zero hidden meter surprises.
Is my ride insured?
Yes. Every active ride booked on Rodx includes complimentary personal accidental insurance coverage up to ₹5,00,000 for both rider and captain.
Can I carry luggage on a bike taxi?
Standard backpacks, laptop bags, and small shopping bags are easily carried. For larger trolley bags or heavy suitcases, we suggest booking our Carpool service instead.
